Strip illustration

These images are maps of the SNES classic, Final Fantasy II (also known as Final Fantasy IV in Japan). All maps were made from screenshots of the game using the SNES9X emulator, except for the overworld, underworld, and moon maps which were captured from a ROM editor.

This project is, for the most part, finished. I may revisit some maps and touch them up or add more information, but there is nothing left to map to my knowledge.

Sept 28th, 2005 - Added thumbnails to this page. Also, you can download all the maps in one big ZIP file (11.1MB). It contains all the maps listed below in GIF format. I'm offering this for the convenience of people who want all the maps for their personal use. Please do not host these maps on any other website. Thanks.

It would be helpful to see how the maps connect to each other.

Your FF2 maps are still very useful, even on the updated DS version. But not knowing which door leads to where would be useful. Thank you all the same though, it is very useful.

This is a long time favourite game of mine, and I am most gracious for the overworld map. I am planning on using the FFII world as my DnD world, and I needed something to scetch from so I could draw a map.
